If you have done art for me, commission or otherwise, I'm ready to have that sent to me! I'm going to start sending out notes and emails and try to track down everyone I've commissioned to see if they have anything to send me as part of the commission, whether it be sketches of layouts, inks before digital coloring, etc, but if you see this and want to send me artsy please shoot me a note and I'll give you my address!!

So in other news, the new place is going GREAT!!! Though I was sick over the weekend, which really sucked (no one else around to take care of the kiddo, but thankfully he's a good kiddo and didn't give me much trouble), but otherwise doing great! Living room, dining room and kitchen are pretty much clean and unpacked, only thing left to do is go through a TON of boxes and a giant mess in my son's room and get everything organized, but that can come one day at a time.

It's really really quiet too, the walls and ceiling appear to be really thick, can never hear anyone walking around or playing music too loud. Heck, this morning I was in the bathroom and could just barely barely hear the pipes from the apartment behind me. If the AC or even the fan or the TV was one, I probably would not have been able to hear it at all. Soooo awesome I love it!

Kiddo still loves it too, though we're still settling in. It kinda feels like we're on a vacation though, like we're at a condo on the beach or something. Going outside into the breezeway, it's really windy and makes me feel like I'm on the coast. Odd feeling!

But things still great. Though I am much much poorer, and a lot of expenses hit my bank account and it's lower than it has been in a while, and it's making me pretty uncomfortable. Need to find ways to budget properly and get it back up. Though I get paid in a few days that will help! And no other 'big' payments til the end of the month when I start getting my bills so I should be okay. Spending too much on food right now though. My plan was to cook a bunch of 'ut-away' meals on the weekend and then reheat them for dinner during the week, since I don't have a lot of time after picking up kiddo (we don't get to 'new house' til around 6, 6:15pm, and he usually spends about an hour just eating. yeah. I know. SLOWpoke!!!), and then bedtime rituals (bath, brush teeth and hair, story etc). We don't have much time to play either and I keep telling him he's wasting his time sitting there playing with his food when he could be playing!! But luckily I can do other things around the house while he's eating and there is always things to do!! How much laundry can two people make? You'd be surprised!!!

Anyway I'm getting rambly. I'll take some pics soon, I don't think I will get to decorate the way I want in order to save on budget but things will at least look neat.
