Just, -ALMOST- totally moved in to my "new house" as my son calls it.

Just have to move over beds and clothes and my desktop computer, and also buy food and groceries and other supplies, and then we should be totally self sufficient!!! YAAAY! Should be taking care of that tomorrow, so going to be another busy weekend of moving stuff (no U-haul this time, just my van), so will probably have to make lotsa trips back and forth!!! Woe to my gas mileage!

So excited to finally get to relax and us just be on our own and enjoying things. Kiddo appears to be adjusting pretty well... and I even cooked us our first dinner last night! Fajitas! yaaay! But I didn't have any butter so I couldn't make the box rice I got. Grrr. So Will need to do lotsa grocery shopping this weekend too.


But I'm also going to pick up a new 32" HDTV this weekend as well!! Well maybe the 37", I'm really tempted but I"m afraid it might be too big. Trying not to spend a lot too!!! But getting HD on Monday with a DVR so I will be able to record stuff. I won't want to come to work anymore !! I'll take a vacation and just sit at home! hehehe

Anyway. Party soon! Once I get everythign set up and decorated! I even have a theme!! "Land Sea & Air!" Basically the living room will be earthy kinda tones, the bathroom is 'sea' and has dolphins and fish and stuff, and kiddo's room will be air, with light blues and airplanes and stuff. And I have this artsy kinda photo that splits into 3 pieces of a mountain overlooking a lake with a clear blue sky, and that will be the 'unifying' picture for everything. Pretty cool huh? I should totally be an interior decorator!! I'll get some pics up when everything is 'done'.
